Update: If you’re looking for the new ‘Seal of Approval’ Virgin Media ad, we have that video and the music details for you here. End of update.
Following on from this recent ‘Motorhome’ ad, this month sees the release of this new Virgin Media ‘I Can Do Anything’ TV advert that this time doesn’t feature anyone driving off a cliff.
This latest ‘Unlimiting – I can do anyth-ing’ commercial stars a family from Liverpool and a girl who has a “banging dream” about all the things she can do with Virgin Media’s TV, extremely fast broadband, and Truly Unlimited SIM mobile data package.
We see the girl’s popularity sore as friends gather around day and night to watch content streamed to her phone and tablet, even while riding the school bus or playing football. The ad concludes with the actress waking from her banging dream, surrounded in her bedroom by family and friends all nodding their heads to the beat of the music.

Although this latest campaign follows a similar theme to the companies previous Unlimiting creation, this new Virgin Media advert features a different piece of music. This time the background song is provided by British breakbeat hardcore and rave artists Sl2 with their 1992 track ‘On A Ragga Tip’.
Containing samples of the songs ‘Walk and Skank’ and ‘Gittin’ Funky’, the single reached number 2 on the official UK charts and has since been sampled itself multiple times. If you’ve got a good memory you may also remember On A Ragga Tip being used in a 2015 TV ad campaign for the McDonald’s Crispy Chicken Wrap Happy Meal.
