Here we have the complete 90-second YouTube video and singer details to McDonald’s UK’s Christmas TV advert, which asks viewers “Are You Reindeer Ready?”.
The animated ad shows a boy appearing to be too grown up to enjoy Christmas with his mother the way he used to, battling against the instincts and excitement of his inner child.
We see the boy declining offers from his mother to put up his festive decorations or join in with the fun of wearing reindeer antlers.
But thanks to a trip to McDonald’s, the young lad realises that he does still enjoy things he liked when he was younger, including a snowball fight, Christmas decorations, and leaving out some reindeer treats.
Song Title: Forever Young (cover).

The music playing in this Christmas McDonald’s advert is a new cover of the song ‘Forever Young’, a track that was originally recorded by the German synthpop band Alphaville.
Providing the cover that we hear playing in this festive commercial is Worcestershire singer and former The Voice UK contestant, Becky Hill.
If the lyrics of this soundtrack sound familiar to you, that could be because another cover of the song was used last December in an ad by Hafod Hardware in Wales, which became popular with viewers around the world.
