Nothing says Christmas quite like a dancing Llama as we discover in this new Amazon Holiday commercial which is cleverly titled ‘Llamacita’.
Now Amazon’s third ad spot that we’ve covered this Holiday season following on from these ‘Joy Ride’ and ‘However You Holiday’ campaigns, this Llamacita commercial encourages viewers to ‘Shop Last Minute Holiday Deals Now’.
The 30-second ad stars a pair of llamas living on Dale’s farm who, despite having the interior of their barn decorated with plenty of festive lights, just aren’t getting into the Christmas spirit.
So to fix his llama’s lack of enthusiasm, Dale orders a Bluetooth speaker from Amazon to play a light-hearted festive tune, which we have all the details on below, that’s partly sung in a language they can understand. Well, llamas and alpacas are native to parts of South America after all, particularly the high-altitude regions of the Andes Mountains.
Then no sooner has the song begun playing with its partly Spanish lyrics, than we see one of the llamas dancing its way out of the barn, now officially in the Christmas spirit.
