Titled ‘All Together Now’, Gap has just released their Holiday season commercial, featuring a famous female singer covering the song All You Need Is Love.
As many of you will have quickly worked out while watching this Christmas 2021 Gap ad spot, that famous singer is of course Katy Perry, a pop star who’s previously appeared in adverts for many different brands and retailers, including Target and a festive H&M campaign.
During this 60-second version of the Gap ad, we see Katy being woken up by her phone’s alarm before she heads to the gym for a session running on a treadmill. Later the singer goes incognito wearing casual Gap apparel, sunglasses and a cap.
The commercial culminates with the artist singing and playing the guitar on set as snow falls on her and the ad’s models. So what song is she singing?
