ITV have just begun airing this advert trailer for their new music-based TV show The Masked Singer, which starts in January 2020.
The Masked Singer UK is a slightly bizarre new game show that’s part guessing game and part-singing show. The ITV series will feature 12 famous faces competing to put in a strong vocal performance, while still managing to keep their identity under wraps.
Each celeb’s appearance will be transformed for their on-stage performance as they take on a masked identity in the form of a fantastic character. The series will be hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, while chat show host Jonathan Ross, popstar Rita Ora, television presenter Davina McCall, and Hollywood actor and comedian Ken Jeong make up the panel.

Featuring the lyrics “I am who I wanna be”, this Masked Singer advert song is simply called ‘I AM’ and was recorded by Nashville-based pop-rock band Club Yoko.
If this tune sounds particularly familiar to you, that’s likely because it has been featuring in this recent TV commercial for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
