Tesco’s latest ‘Food Love Stories’ TV advert introduces viewers to The Hobsons’ Father’s Day Macaroons.
At this time of ever-changing lockdown rules, visiting parents and grandparents can be tricky, maybe even impossible, depending on where in the UK you live.
So with those restrictions in mind, this 30-second video shows Dom and Amelia baking their postable macaroons, which are being made with love and shipped directly to Grandad Hobson so they can all share a special moment on Father’s Day via video call.

This particular Food Love Stories Tesco advert music is a song by the British singer-songwriter Tom Odell that he released back in 2013.
The track is titled ‘Grow Old with Me’ and was the fourth single to be taken from Tom’s debut studio album ‘Long Way Down’. That album also includes the track ‘Can’t Pretend’ that was used in this ITV advert trailer for series 1 of Cheat.
