In their first new ad spot of the Holiday season, Target tells viewers that “The holidays are meant to be shared”.
During the 30-second commercial as we see families enjoying the snow and Christmas food, the voice-over says “What the holidays give, is meant to be shared. It’s the new traditions that lift us up and the way our celebrations are prepared”.
Continuing “It’s making room for all so that our world doesn’t feel so small. It’s when moments of light bring us closer than before and illuminate those we do it for. What we value most shouldn’t cost more.”
Unusually for a Target commercial, this year’s Holidays ad doesn’t feature any distinctive song, instead going for the above positive messages.
However, if the retailer chooses to release another ad closer to Christmas featuring a prominent piece of music, we’ll of course bring you the video and soundtrack details.
