The BBC have just released this new advert trailer for the 2019 series of Strictly Come Dancing to get us all in the mood for another season of ballroom action and drama.
The video shows the latest line-up of Strictly professional dancers getting “Glammed up and ready to go” in style. We’re shown some rather unusual costume choices even by Strictly standards, including Anton Du Beke wearing a half-tuxedo, half gold dress outfit.
If you haven’t already heard, the launch shows air date has now been officially revealed as Saturday the 7th of September 2019 on BBC1 and BBC iPlayer, so not long to wait now. The live shows are then scheduled to start on the 21st. Series 17 of Strictly sees one change to the judging panel, with Darcey Bussell being replaced by pro dancer Oti Mabuse’s sister Motsi Mabuse. She’ll be joined in the line-up by returning judges Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Shirley Ballas.
