Paco Rabanne promotes their new Lady Million Empire fragrance in this latest TV advert, which again features female and male models doing lots of finger-clicking.
The commercial video mixes black and white footage of the men and women dancing with shots of gold bars, classic cars, dresses and, of course, the actual Lady Million Empire Eau de Parfum.
This Paco Rabanne Lady Million Empire commercial song is the old school 1979 hip-hop track Rapper’s Delight that was recorded by American trio The Sugarhill Gang. Featuring the lyrics “I said a hip hop, hippie to the hippie. . . and you don’t stop a rock it out”, the song is taken from the group’s self-titled debut album, peaking at number 3 on the UK singles charts and 36 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Another of the songs The Sugarhill Gang are famous for is their version of the tune ‘Apache’ that was also recorded by the Incredible Bongo Band, whose version recently featured in this Samsung advert for the Galaxy Note 10 5G phone.
