Jeweller Michael Hill has now released their commercial for the Holiday season, with this year’s ad titled ‘A Christmas To Remember’.
This full-length 2-minute 30-second edit of Michael Hill’s seasonal ad spot tells the story of a family as they go through changes and, in particular, how these times affect the teenage daughter.
We see a young lady having a hard time accepting a new woman into the family when her father begins a relationship and begins bringing his girlfriend home.
Despite her younger brother happily welcoming his father’s new partner into the family, the daughter continues to shun her and openly show her disapproval, that is however until Christmas Day. Then we see the young lady finally put her doubts aside as she presents her Dad’s partner with a pair of Michael Hill earrings.
The film then concludes with each of the ad’s four actors looking directly at the camera and smiling, as we’re encouraged to have ‘A Christmas To Remember’.
