Here we have the full-length version of the new Christmas Matalan advert for you to watch, plus all the music and singer info.
The 60-second ad shows a family heading out to buy a real Christmas tree, struggling to fit it in the car, then decorating it together at home in their living room.
We also see other families enjoying the festive season and eating Christmas dinner. In fact, at one point you’d be forgiven for thinking this is an ad for a food supermarket, not a clothing retailer.
Advert Music: Real Love.
Artist: Clean Bandit & Jess Glynne.
Stream or download from Amazon.
The music playing in this Matalan Christmas advert is the same song that featured in the fashion retailer’s recent Autumn & Winter campaign, that song being the 2014 hit ‘Real Love’.
Featuring the lyrics “You give me that feeling”, this single was recorded by English electronic music group Clean Bandit and singer-songwriter Jess Glynne, peaking a number 2 on the UK charts.
