Lidl UK has just launched this new TV ad campaign telling viewers all the things that the discount supermarket chain are “Big on”.
The video begins with the voiceover telling us “Everyone knows we’re Lidl on price, but let’s talk about what we’re big on”, before listing such things as the big shop, fully loaded trollies, big nights in, bigger breakfasts, strong coffee, scrubbing up well, award-winning nappies for happy little chappies, TV dinners, sustainable fishing, free-range farming and more. But most significantly, the commercial points out that Lidl’s “Big on quality”.

This latest Lidl advert song playing in the background is a tune called ‘Move’, which was recorded by the American indie-pop band Saint Motel. Featuring the lyrics “Gotta get up, I gotta get up. Move” and a catchy tune, this song is taken from the Los Angeles group’s 2016 second studio album ‘Saintmotelevision’ and was included on the soundtrack to the football video game Fifa 17.
