Homebase Paint Advert – Song by Maxsta

Encouraging viewers to “Hit The Refresh”, this TV advert tells us about the limited 20% off special offer currently available on the new Homebase Paint Range.

Featuring the tagline ‘Feels Good To Be Home’, the ad shows CGI rollers painting the walls, ceiling, and floor in various colours from the DIY store’s latest range.

Advert Music Artist: Maxsta.

This Paint Range Homebase advert song features the lyrics “Yeah. When they see me roll in, they roll out” and was recorded for the ad by South East London grime MC and rapper Ian Koromahm, who’s better known by his stage name Maxsta.

As this piece of music appears to have been recorded especially for the commercial, we’re not currently expecting this tune to be released for download as an official single.

This 20-second Homebase Paint TV ad was created by the independent creative agency Atomic London. According to Homebase, “Colour is the easiest way to transform your home” and their range of paints “have been created with quality and colour in mind, designed to inspire and help you achieve the perfect finish”. The 20% deal ends on the 11th of February.
