Featuring a song performed by the Canadian singer Emilie Mover for which we have more details below, this Holiday GiftNow commercial basically plays out as a mini romantic movie.
The 2-minute ad spot shows a young man named Will beginning a new office job where he initially has a hard time finding his way, that is until he meets a woman who talks with him during coffee breaks.
The guy then understandably begins to develop feelings for this female colleague as he spends more time working and chatting with her, but is then disappointed when he sees her outside of work with a boyfriend. Then to make things even worse, the girl leaves her job at the office.
But determined to break up the woman’s existing relationship and win her love for himself, Will uses GiftNow to ‘Gift Courageously’, buying her a red coffee machine, a gift she then exchanges for a red suitcase. The actress then packs it up and goes to stay at Will’s place. A very romantic ending to the ad video, as long as you look at it from Will and his new loves point of view and not the other guy’s.
