New stars are born in this TV advert for the Fiat 500 Star and 500 Rockstar cars. The commercial features a woman driving the 500 Star, followed closely by a guy behind the wheel of a 500 Rockstar as they head to an observatory for an evening of astronomy.
On their way, the actors drive past Shaggy and Sting, when Shaggy says “We should go for a ride, somewhere new”, to which Sting replies “There’s no place new you can take me Shaggy”. No epic road trip for those two then. The ad also showcases Fiat’s compatibility with Apply CarPlay for iPhone.

This 2019 Fiat advert song was recorded by, you guessed it, Jamaican singer Shaggy and English singer Sting. The track, which previously featured in the recent Fiat Anniversary commercial, is titled ‘Just One Lifetime’. The single is taken from the artists ’44/876′ collaboration album that won the best reggae album award at this year’s Grammy’s.
