Eurostar Advert with Ostrich & French Song

This brand-new TV advert for Eurostar uses an ostrich to demonstrate how “You see more when you don’t fly”, encouraging travellers to instead take a train into the heart of Paris in around 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The 30-second commercial video shows an ostrich wandering around and taking in the sights of a Parisian market, viewing itself in a mirror and admiring some art.

The ad company behind this creation chose an ostrich because it’s a flightless bird that, according to Eurostar, “knows better than anyone that you see more when you keep your feet firmly on the ground”.

The international high-speed railway service’s website also tells us “you go from city centre to city centre, giving you more time to savour every moment. No trekking to airports or staring at clouds”.

Advert Music

This Eurostar advert features a French song that we’re still currently trying to find the name of and identify who sings it. We’ll update this page with the details as soon as we have them.
