Duracell has just released this new ‘Power On’ advert in time for this year’s Christmas build-up.
The commercial shows a political leader attempting to tell an alien spaceship that’s landed on Earth that “We mean you know harm”, only for the megaphones power to run out halfway through. Luckily though the Duracell Bunny arrives to fit some new batteries, before he declares “Can’t stay, gadgets to save” and runs off full of charge as he likes to do.
This ‘Bunny vs Aliens’ Duracell TV ad video was posted to the companies UK YouTube channel in October 2019. We’ll have to wait and see if the long-lasting battery brand will be using this ad as their festive campaign video, or if they’ll begin airing this cute Christmas advert that we felt was a little underused last year.
