The song the guy is singing in this 2019 GEICO Motorcycle Insurance commercial is Here I Go Again by Whitesnake, which actually includes rather inappropriate lyrics for a wedding. The English band released this great rock power ballad in 1982 as the first single from their fifth studio album Saints & Sinners.
