Free-to-air satellite television service Freesat, which is basically the alternative to Freeview for viewers who get their signal through a dish instead of an aerial, have just released this new 2018 Unbelievably Good ad campaign. The video shows British TV show superfans attending a Comic Con-style convention called TellyFest, where we see men and women dressed-up as their favourite characters or hosts from such programmes as Only Fools and Horses, Baywatch, Bake Off, I’m A Celebrity and more.
The ad finishes with Big Brother narrator Marcus Bentley welcoming us to the world of Freesat, “The telly you love, subscription free”. The soundtrack to this Freesat advert is a piece of instrumental music that sounds like the sort of theme you’d hear in a classic TV game show.
